Stud Bolts:

Available in Grade B7 and a variety of thread pitches (UNC/UNRC – UNF/UNRF – 8UN) and diameters, as well as metric sizes.
Coatings and plating as well as plain finished oil and tempered is also available to meet the required specification by the end-user. Stud Bolt kit will include a set of 2H nuts.

Cap Screws:

Available in Grade 2, Grade 5, and Grade 8 (High Tensile Strength), Full Thread Hex (Tap Bolts) also available.
Hex Head, Grade 8 Steel Cap Screws sizes available from ½” – 13” Dia./Thread (UNC, Unified National Coarse).

Washers:

Available in a wide range of configurations, materials, and styles. SEA Flat Washers, USS Flat Washers, Fender Washers, Split Lock Washers, Grade 5 Washers, Grade 8 Washers, A325/F436 Hardened Round Structural Washers, Bevel Washers, Internal Tooth Lock Washers, Load Indicator Washers, Disc Spring Washers (Bellville/Solon) and Bonded Steel Washers, Square Washers, Channel Washers and more.

Washers provide a greater load-bearing surface and prevent a nut – bolt – or screw from pulling through joined materials.

Carriage Bolts:

Available in Grades 2 (HDG), Grade 2 (Zinc), and 5 (Zinc), as well as Stainless Steel 304 & 316 (UNC, Unified National Coarse).
Typically, carriage bolt sizes range from #10 to 3/4″ in diameter while lengths span from about 1/2″ to 20″—only larger sizes are available in long lengths.

Strut Hardware:

Spring Nuts available in sizes 1/4-20 -1/2-13, as well Zinc, Hot Dip Galvanized, and Stainless Steel 316s. Styles J Type, U Type, Rectangular, and Flat Tyle.
Strut channel nuts are generally used to place and secure fittings, electrical panels, junction boxes, or piping clamps within channels or conduits. They consist of a nut with grooves on the side that fit over the side of the channel edge and a screw hole. Tightening a screw in the nut causes teeth in the grooves to lock into the channel edge, holding the nut in place.

Anchor Bolts:

Available in Hot Dip Galvanize, as well as Plain finish.
Designed for use in concrete walls, footings, piers, and bases. “L” style is also known in a variety of other names, are typically available in sizes ranging from 3/8″ to 1″ in diameter, and lengths span from about 6″ to 30″. Length is measured from under the bent leg to the threaded end of the bolt.

Wedge Bolts:

Available in Grade 2, as well as several types of finishes.
The four most common wedge bolt types are zinc plated low-grade carbon steel, hot-dipped galvanized, 304 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel.

J-Bolts:

Available in a wide range of material grades and sizes, from Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Specialty Alloys, as well as coating suck as Galvanize and more.
J-Bolts are designed for use mounting instrumentation, equipment stands, and other objects to varying types of the grating. Also used in structural applications to secure walls to concrete foundations.

Eye Bolts:

Available in several types of material, sizes, and styles. Eye Bolt Open, Eye Bolt Closed, Machinery Shoulder Eye Bolt, Rod End, and Forged Machinery Eye Bolt.
Used as a lifting or securement point, eye bolts are one of the most popular types of rigging hardware. Eye Bolts come in several different designs and configurations.

U-Bolts:

Available in sizes ¼” to 36”, as well as custom sizes and thread to meet your specific application requirements. Materials and Finishes include Low Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel Grades 304 & 316, as well as Plain Finish, Teflon Blue Finish, Zinc-Plated, Hot Dip Galvanized and Hot Dip Galvanized (Pro Dip).

U-Bolts are commonly used in the industrial industry for such things as Piping Supports, Conduit Supports, Framing Fasteners, Foundation and Roof Anchors, Wire and Cable Fasteners, Motor and engine shaft component fasteners and a wide range of other applications.
